Mr. Mullin is President/Principal of Econsult Solutions, a consulting practice that concentrates on state/public finance, economics, and policy analysis for state and local governments, not-for-profit institutions, and government development agencies. He served as Philadelphia’s Director of Commerce from 1993 to 2000, where he chaired the mayor’s Economic Development Cabinet. Mr. Mullin has taught graduate economic development, public finance, and economics courses at Drexel and the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the boards of the Optimum Trust Mutual Funds, the NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange and on the Advisory Board of the Haverford Trust Company. Mr. Mullin chaired the Commercial Realty Review Advisory Board, is a member of the Lambda Alpha Land Economics Society, and currently co-chairs the Urban Issues Forum of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University in Economics and earned a M.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
