Brian J. Collins is Partner and President of Arden Living.  An affiliate of Arden Group, Arden Living is
focused on the acquisition, development, and management of all types of residential properties
including multi–family rentals, condominiums, student housing, and mixed–use.  The executive team of
Arden Living has been responsible for over $14 billion of development and acquisitions of residential,
hospitality and mixed–use projects across the country.
Prior to joining Arden Living, Mr. Collins partnered with Arden Group on several projects including the
development of the Residences at The Ritz–Carlton Philadelphia, a luxury condominium development;
4650 Broadway, a 222–unit Opportunity Zone multi–family development in New York City; and UPA 3.0,
a state–of–the–art Opportunity Zone life science development in Philadelphia.

He was a Managing Director of BDT & MSD
Partners where he oversaw all real estate development.  Previously, Mr. Collins was Head of
Development for Silverstein Partners and Fisher Brothers, and was a partner at Millennium Partners and
Colgate Development.  He has overseen the development of a dozen 5–star hotels including the recently
opened Four Seasons resort at the Naples Beach Club, and thousands of residential units.
Mr. Collins is an active member of the Urban Land Institute where he was Chair of the New York District
Council.  Mr. Collins graduated from Colgate University (B.A. Economics) and New York University Stern
School of Business (M.S. Accounting).
