Steven Saltzman joined Arden Group as CFO in May 2025. Prior to joining Arden, he served in multiple roles for Resource REIT’s group of companies over a decade; he was Resource REIT, Inc.’s Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President when the company was acquired by Blackstone in May 2022.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania. He has written and presented a four‐hour webinar entitled “REITs: Understanding the Complex Legal, Accounting & Tax Rules” for The Center for Professional Education, Inc.
